Introduction: Here for you, first and foremost. If you’re my client, you’re considered family!
Rosalie moved to Colorado in 2004 after graduating from Azusa Pacific University in Southern California. She grew up in California where she majored in Psychology and Political Science before transitioning from the mental health field to IT and then eventually to sales. She worked as a new home sales associate from 2015 and after a successful career selling new construction homes (close to 100 homes and a dozen communities), she decided to branch out on her own as a realtor. Rosalie has worked with clients from Castle Rock to Longmont and everywhere in between. She prides herself on taking a consultative approach to helping clients and when you work with her, you are considered family. She learned early in her real estate career that in order to be a standout agent, one must be "coffee worthy." In other words, she wants to get to know you on a personal level and she truly cares about meeting your goals and making an otherwise emotional experience, as stress-free as possible. Every agent says they want to be your realtor for life, but Rosalie puts her heart and soul into running her business and she truly cares about your long-term happiness. After working for other large real estate firms, Rosalie is so excited to have found her home at Compass Colorado and the Mile High Lifestyles team. With that backing, she is excited to bring all of Compass' tools such as Compass Concierge, Compass Bridge Loan Services, and Compass Coming Soon & Private Exclusive to clients all across the US. She specializes in single-family, multifamily, investment, as well as foreclosures, bankruptcies, and short sale residential properties. She is a proud mom of two amazing teens and she loves traveling to the ocean as often as possible. She hopes to help as many people as she can nationwide, to deliver the best real estate experience possible, and to help everyone "find their place in the world," as Compass strives to do.
