I had to put my house on the market with Dan Root right as the CoVid19 started shutting everything down. I was called out of state for a permanent job relocation, and couldn't afford the double mortgage. Dan and his Wisdom Real Estate team pretty much sold the house themselves as I couldn't be in the area to complete repairs, updates, stage, nor could I do a lot of the paper work and calls necessary to satisfy the requirements of the contract. I distinctly remember a phone call from Dan addressing a sewer line issue we had, in which he had already set up a second opinion that saved me thousands of dollars, the guy was already on the way in before I could return the voicemail message on that one. AND he also brought in a roofing contractor to certify my roof the same day. When it came down to continue work on the house, he was on the phone making sure payment came out of our closing funds so I didn't have to lose a dollar out of my pocket. What truly amazed me was his ability to sell a home during a locked down Colorado. His strategy was very creative, his advice on which offer to take and when to take it was on point! We sold the house in almost 40 days, just 7 days on the market. We eventually received an offer 15 thousand over asking, even though I couldn't appraise for that much. I can't tell you how much stress he took off my family during one of the biggest crisis' America's seen in the last decade. A huge thanks to Dan Root and his Wisdom Real Estate team! Special shout out to Scott Burke also at Wisdom Real Estate, he helped us purchase our mansion when we got to Colorado for an unbelievable price!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 4.8% commission of your sold price for listing your home. 2.8% of that goes to the buyers agent that brings the buyer and 2% of that goes to our company for listing, marketing and negotiating for the sale of your home. Typical agents request 6% but we offer a discounted rate of 4.8% to seller.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When listing your home, we have a detailed pre-marketing plan to help build demand for your home. We work as a team and instead of just having one agent you have a team of 3-4 people working together to help get your home marketed and sold!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone on our team has their real estate license including any assistants and transaction coordinators. We also participate in further education multiple times a year.
