Had a great experience with the brothers at Friendly Plumbing. They were super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They were redoing a single rough in set up (one drain and water connections) to a double for a large vanity. They were super fast, price extremely reasonable and the work looks great. They are both careful to explain everything they will be doing before they do it so you understand it all. I will be using them again for future work for sure.

Charles came out to look at a small project I wanted done, and discovered that the piping for it already existed, which is more than I can say for the big company that had given me a quote previously. He was extremely kind about it and didn't charge me for his time even though I offered. He will definitely be my first call next time I have plumbing needs.

Can’t say enough good things about Charles Martinez from Friendly Plumbing. I got quotes from a few of the local big name outfits that were nothing short of a total rip off. Charles was completely transparent about the price of the unit and what was involved in the job of switching out tankless water heaters. He communicated clearly and promptly, he facilitated me buying the unit directly (no markup for him and in fact he got me a discount), and only charged me for his labor. He did the job quickly, cleanly and efficiently. He has the same certifications as all those other guys, just isn’t looking to completely fleece people. The job was done for half the price in half the time. I will never use another plumber. On a side note, he then went to my brother in law’s and fixed a gas line to their yard gas fire again for a fraction of the cost of the quotes they had been given. He does quality work, is diligent and honest. I really wish every tradesman was like Charles.
