Great experience with Charles. I own a small restaurant and our water heater blew out overnight. He was very quick to respond, and by the end of the day we met he had a new hot water heater installed. He presented me with several options that would best fit my needs. It was a very clean installation and extremely professional. I would definitely recommend Friendly Plumbing!

We had a gas water heater fail and I contacted Friendly Plumbing. They got back with me immediately and said they could replace it within a matter of hours. They explained the cost and that they would go to Home Depot, pick up the water heater and bring it to the house for installation. I would only pay for the actual cost of the water heater and their installation fee which was very reasonable. Charles called me on his way to Home Depot and provided me with a selection of water heaters. I made my selection of the one I wanted and he brought it to my home where he and his brother installed it and removed the old one. They were very neat and professional. We were very happy with our experience with Friendly Plumbing and would not hesitate to recommend them.
