- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
IPC Plumbing & Drain Cleaning does charge a $60.00 service fee. The pricing for IPC plumbing and drain cleaning is strategically put together each job is different, And that is what the IPC plumbing and drain cleaning menu is for. So the customer can get the best Bang for their buck as IPC plumbing and drain cleaning works for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of our clients are treated the same, with care and compassion towards there plumbing issue. We here at IPC Plumbing & Drain Cleaning understand that these types of issues can be frustrating. So we make sure to listen to the client as they describe The situation that they are experiencing with their plumbing. This enables us to give the customer exactly what they need for their type of plumbing issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had completed the apprenticeship to be a plumber years ago and I tested for my journeyman's license. I corrected the state test and im not sure why no one else caught all the mistakes on the state test. But I did and was refunded my money. I then test it for my master plumber's license and have been a master plumber ever since.
