We start with an hourly rate or base fee as appropriate for the work requested and establish terms once the job has been confirmed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a conversation to see if we're a good fit. Relationships are everything, so it's key that we start by getting a sense of each other's goals and take it from there. We'll lay out our respective expectations--goals, timelines, intended results--and work together toward those objectives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's degree in Creative Writing, more than a decade of experience in the field of personal development, experience as a media producer, speaker and performer. As a former project manager, I'm sensitive to timelines, delivering high quality, and cultivating strong, effective communication.
