- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All projects and contracts are estimated on a case-by-case basis and are determined by several factors including roof type, building age, size & location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A client reaches out with a request for estimate. An estimator will reach out to walk the property and provide a report based on their findings. The client should review the report and determine how they would like to proceed. The work will be scheduled after a signed contract is returned to AVI. After the project is completed, a final walk-through will be scheduled and a completion report will be submitted to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
AVI employs several specialized roofing experts in a variety of roofing fields, such as steep & shingle and flat roofing, and carry several General Contractors licenses to ensure all jobs are up to all relevant codes and standards.
