If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Freddie and his team demoed our old one and built us a new deck in a week - the quality of the work & professionalism of the crew was everything we expected and more! Highly recommend them and excited to work on more projects in the future

Freddy and company did a fantastic Job on my porch project that included resizing the roof of the porch, replacing shingles, joyce, mounting, and soffit boards, and a run of new gutters as well. Not only does this make the front of the house look better you can’t even tell where they started and finished. It’s as of always looked that way except it’s new. I would hire Freddy first and foremost without hesitation on my next exterior project.

Freddy and his crew did an absolutely wonderful job! Freddy gave a great quote and made tweaks to it. He is very knowledgeable and was able to explain each step of the process.
He is a perfectionist and it shows in his work. The end product is stunning. He works very hard and had it completed in the time frame that he gave me when the project started.
I would recommend Freddy to anyone looking for a contractor. You will not be disappointed!

Freddy, owner of Dad and Son Innovation Construction Inc., inspected and provided me with an estimate for tearing down and rebuilding my off-the-bedroom balcony.
One of the primary reasons I chose to work with Freddy and his amazing crew had a lot to do with his willingness to work within my budget and to listen to what I wanted/needed in getting this job done.
While other contractors sought to tear down balcony completely without the option of sistering the joists (ultimately depends on the integrity of the joists) they suggested rebuilding/supporting the balcony using outdoor posts/columns that would be posted into the patio floor and thereby create an obstruction.
Freddy, on the other hand, saved me a boatload by removing the rotted wood and sistering.
Further, in completing the project, Fred had me look at a variety of deck materials, together we chose a quality vinyl deck plank (a higher grade than Home Depot’s - Trex).
We also talked about drainage and selected a drainage system which is now attached to our current downspout. Finally, with a polyurethane tongue and groove underside, the balcony is now watertight and absolutely stunning.
In choosing Freddy, a local builder, I feel good about supporting someone from my community. I actually met his son (who is a young boy) and wife for whom Freddy is probably doing this — as we all strive to achieve for our families and their future.
Highly recommend!
