The inspector said they did not complete the roofing job to code. They didnt put a special boot where electrical wiring comes through the roof and they didnt put a metal ring on the furnace vent. Their subcontracted electrician rewired the evaporative cooler where water could easily drench the electrical connections. They came back and installed the missing stuff but are charging $1500 more than the quoted price, which was part of the contract! I could have done that part for less than $100 They put new shingles on the roof but for some reason did not put any on the chimney area which is about 2ft by 3ft. They started the job in November and now we are still dealing with them in June.

Mr. Farmall Tractor, Thank you for taking the time to write this, however, I am sorry you felt the need to leave this review, as it is not accurate to the events that took place. We hope you will consider changing this or removing this. I am happy to speak with you in regards to this matter, as I wish you would have called us to discuss instead of leaving an inaccurate account of events.
I believe you are writing a review for your parents, not for your self, as your parents said they did not have an email address. Your parents are not being charged anything for the HVAC work that the city of Denver required us to do. We are licensed roofers, not licensed HVAC technicians. Upon their inspection, the city of Denver building inspector required us to have a licensed HVAC tech re-wire your parents evaporative cooler on their roof, and to install a new boot. We are not allowed to do this as a licensed roofer, it requires a licensed HVAC company. We hired one, they invoiced us for it, we paid them their invoice, and we sent this invoice to your parents insurance company since this was an insurance claim. Your parents insurance adjuster is now refusing to pay that invoice. We will take this up with them, but your parents do not have to pay this, their insurance company needs to pay for this.
Your parent's roof looks beautiful. Everything we were contracted to do looks beautiful. I am sorry you felt the need to leave this review, as it is not accurate to the true events that took place. We hope you will consider changing this or removing this.

Just happened to run across these guys at a local trade show and said what the heck, come on out. About six weeks later I have a new roof, new plywood, new gutters, ha, it was crazy. Kudo's to Mike for all the help with our insurance company. Super informative, and kept me updated every step of the way. I expected this whole thing to be a huge headache but I totally got a piece of that dreamhome now! :)

This company was originally spoken to in early august finaly started work nov 1 they left supplies blocking the garage for a week and would not move them first day of work they didnt show up till 4 p.m. tore off part of old roof very poorly covered with a tarp and it snowed that evening. They were not back for around a week and then were very trashy and left a big mess still finding nails. And now they are trying to change the price we were given. This is a very unprofessional company and have zero customer relation skills. I would never refer this company

Whoever drives your truck is DANGEROUS and unstable. Ripped into my lane with no turn signal, almost causing an accident. When honked at, slammed on his brakes and proceeded to try and engage in road rage with me with my infant daughter in the backseat. It was an older gentlemen with glasses. Clearly your company does not have the slightest care for the safety of the general public. The police were called and notified of the license plate and driver. Absolutely disgusted! Will never recommend.

This is absolutely not a representation of our company, and we will do what's need to take corrective actions against this worker.
