My experience with Energy Advantage Roof and Solar has been SUPERB!!! When the hail storm hit, we were lost and called a few roofing companies to see what we need to do and also to see if anyone was just tryna gut us for our money. Jessica came out and talked to us gave us a little insight and respected that we wanted to call around, then we called them back and we met with Josh, JOSH KNOWS HIS SHY** he was genuine from the start. He assured us that they would deal with the insurance company on our behalf and that we could take over if we felt we needed to. Josh was thorough and honest which is hard to find with companies nowadays. If you like honesty and multiple hats these guys are the ones to go with. They helped us get everything done and took care of the fees to set it up. THANK YOU ENERGY ADVANTAGE ROOF AND SOLAR!!!!

My husband and I had the total nightmare of getting a phone call that our rental house had been destroyed by hail. The roof, fence, garage, gutters, windows, siding etc. all needed to be repaired or replaced. We live thousands of miles away and were overwhelmed with all that had to be done with the insurance company to take care of our tenants.Our property manager suggested we use Energy Advantage, but it wasn't one that was recommended by USAA so we were hesitant. Energy Advantage said they could get the job done quicker and would provide outstanding customer service. We were nervous, but we went them because we wanted the roof fixed before it rained and had to deal with mold on top of everything else.We were so pleasantly surprised at what an AWESOME experience we had with Energy Advantage. They lived up to every promise they made and more! Every time I reached out with questions, they were very quick to get back to me. They knew exactly how to communicate with my insurance company to get more money when it was needed and never came to me asking for money. I only paid them my deductible after the job was completed - exactly like they said.This is an outstanding company and you should feel very safe going with them. You will not regret hiring this company!

What makes this company Energy Advantage awesome started with my contact person Mike S. who actively listened to my needs; responded efficiently and with supporting pictures and documents and established a relationship of trust, professionalism and an extensive knowledge base about current roof; codes, process, loan application, superior new roof product including gutters and skylight and more. Mike was not overbearing and made probably the single biggest home repair manageable. The company does not require money upfront nor do you get lost in the roofing process. Mike worked with insurance and they even used his pictures in their determination. I highly recommend Energy Advantage and Mike for your roofing needs.
