I was very impressed with Forest Roofs from the point of initial inquiry to the follow up and communication once the hob was done. The business owner, sales rep, and technician all visited my home to assess the damage and provide a thorough and itemized estimate. All were professional and reasonable when presenting the options and cost and labor. They were also speedy and efficient in providing the information as well as competing the work. Charles and his whole team at Forest Roofs are excellent. We had significant storm damage including the roof, windows, doors, gutters, paint, etc.. Charles conducted an initial review of the damage, worked with the claims adjuster as well as the insurance company and kept us up to date along the way. Amazingly he was able to quickly resolve issues as they arose resulting in a very timely, high quality roof replacement as well as windows, doors, gutters, etc.. The entire process, scheduling to completion, was professional and pain free. Forest Roofs is highly recommended and will be used by us again should the need arise--like next storm season. Thanks for a great job!
