Mrs. Meyer, We acknowledge your solar panels took an unusually long time to re-attach due to many factors including; city of Lakewood permitting time, inspection delays, and the overall massive construction delays felt throughout the Denver Metro Area from the hail storm that affected 100's of thousands of homes. We also had some faulty equipment we had to replace a few times resulting in additional delays. To apologize and help out with the lack of solar production we paid you $700 in electric bills and after your refusal to pay your bills, we gave you an additional concession of $2,300 off the Replacement Cost Value given to you by your insurance company, which we are now required to report to your insurance company so they can recoup monies paid to you. You also say we took the money and ignored you. In reality, we didn't even try to collect the remainder of the $11,500 when the work was 99% complete. We did this in good faith to make sure you knew we would complete the work. Your solar is up and 100% working, your roof passed inspection, and you received $3000 in concessions. We feel we have been more than fair in accommodating you regarding any WARRANTY claims.

Anita, I apologize for you not being able to get a hold of us! When did this take place? Did you try to call to set up an appointment? We don't have any record of you coming by the office. We are open M-F 8-5 and Sat 9-4.
