Francisco was awesome to work with! He gave a fair price to do the work with a guarantee. He was able to complete the work pretty quickly after I reached out to him so that I could avoid further leaks. He showed me pictures of the damaged portion of my roof and explained everything that needed to be done in order to fix the issue and not just put a band aid on it. He cares so much about taking care of the customer that he told me he would be coming back to trim some of the branches of my tree to keep it from scraping against the roof (he would have done it then, but he forgot his saw). That is beyond going the extra mile. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!!
