- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Red Diamond Roofing, we will never charge for a roof evaluation. We believe it is our job to provide the homeowner with all the information pertaining to their roof project so they can make an educated decision when choosing which contractor to hire.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a complimentary Roof Evaluation. We will send a Project Manager out to evaluate the roof and provide the homeowner with the details. If the homeowner decides to hire us as their contractor, we will write up a contract that both parties will sign, and we will get the project started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continued education is very important in the roofing industry as the codes are specific to each municipality and it is important to keep up on the code requirements as well as the applicable technology available. We participate in yearly trainings offered by industry leaders such as GAF, Malarkey, Owens Corning, Certainteed, and the Colorado Roofing Association. We also have extensive training and experience using Xactimate, which is the claim software used by insurance providers, allowing us to work seamlessly with all insurance companies.
