1. Attitude - Positive and Encouraging! His upbeat and Can-do energy made an unbearable situation more tolerable.
2. Skillful - He knows what he’s doing! Everything was packed precisely, punctually and preciously. No damage. No time wasted.
3. Dedication to Job - I literally caught him at the end of the day. He didn’t need to help us. But he did, and he offered us a discount.
This guy was a Godsend. We needed an emergency mover. We were operating on 0 sleep. And we had no idea what to do! This guy swoops in like a freaking superhero and gets it done! At the end of a long work day, he came to help out of sheer kindness. He clearly has amazing skills as a mover because he was able to pack a LOT into a small space and save an extra trip. We needed to have two of our couches moved between floor levels. I reached out to Exquisite to see if they would take up this job. Doug responded promptly and arranged a date and time. He kept me updated and was at my home at the exact scheduled time. Doug and his crew were friendly, professional and very careful with our furniture and our home. The job was done very efficiently and we will definitely use them again if we need anything moved. Highly recommend!!!

Doug and his helper moved a desk from an upstairs office in my small townhouse to the downstairs and replaced it with a heavy desk that they moved upstairs into the same space. They had to move a bureau at the top of the stair landing to make a turn, as well. They did a great job, and I appreciated that they were careful with the furniture and surroundings in tight quarters. They were prompt, reasonable, cheerful, and responsive. I liked that Doug called me as part of the estimate process so that I could explain some details to him. Will definitely hire them again.

Hired Exquisite to help me move a couple pieces of furniture from one house to another on very short notice and they couldn't have been happier and more pleased with the level of service I received. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to call and get familiar with the customer and the project details thoroughly before arriving . When we arrive we greet ourselves and tour the property we figure out the order in which we will work and load or pack and disassemble and etc . Then we are either finished or we go to the new residence to unload everything in the exact place you desire it in every room and reassemble what we disassembled and remove any blankets and plastic wrap leaving you primary settled into your new place and that’s basically it !
