I use a unique approach to total wellness that combines traditional counseling methods with bio-therapy and bio-electro-magnetic therapies (Energy Medicine) which affect the mind and body in order to address the underlying causes of "dis-ease", rather than just symptom management. My approach is about as painless as you can get for counseling as we "do" more than "talk". The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system and because our physical pain and diseases are so obviously connected with our emotions, those negative unresolved emotions are a major contributor to our declining health. In theory, you cannot remove a negative emotion unless you simultaneously rebalance the energy systems. I use protocols that do both. I have a Master's Degree in Family Counseling and a decade of study in various alternative therapies.
