Friendly, Fast, and great quality work! I highly recommend Stucco and Stone Masons LLC.
We have an oversized garage in a historic district of Denver so quality and craftsmanship were on the top of my list. After meeting Steve, it was evident that he was a professional and cared a lot about the quality of his work. My place was particularly challenging due to the unique style of brick used on the home. There are no replacement bricks exactly the same as my house. I was able to salvage almost 1000 bricks from the old garage and Steve painstakingly located several pallets from different batches in the brickyards. He was able to mix and place them in such a manner that the new garage is almost indistinguishable from the house. He took his time in the middle of winter to make sure the mortar would not freeze and the end result is stunning. The craftsman style garage looks like it was built at the turn of the century! In addition to his high quality and professionalism, Steve is very responsive and his price was in the middle of the pack when compared to the other masons I met with. Steve comes with my highest recommendation on all points.
Steve was professional providing a written bid and proof of insurance. He showed up to work when he said he was coming. The stone work he did on the new pillars on our deck looks fantastic. The job took 2 1/2 days.
They matched the existing stucco so well you can't tell what areas were patched
Excellent work. They took the time to make sure every stone looked good, did not repeat in shape, color etc, and fit with the whole overall look. They took lots of time to do the trimming/cutting to get everything right, asked questions about what we wanted and made suggestions as to what they could do, then let us pick what we wanted at each stage. Very nice job! Note: the picture was taken prior to adding a 150 year old barnwood mantle.
Matt Strohl did a fantastic job laying the flag stone. I really like the pattern he made with the stones. We are very satisfied with his work and will call him with future jobs.

I found Bob with Arbor Landscape from the Thumbtack website. I selected him after interviewing and receiving bids from him and several other landscape specialists. His bid was very reasonable, especially compared to some of the others. We had just completely remodeled our house and needed a complete redo of our entire yard. This included grading, a sprinkling system, new sod, planter beds, over 40 shrubs and flowers, low level lighting and edging. Bob also arranged to have a large paver stone patio installed as well as a fence and a pergola. Everything turned out absolutely amazing. Bob listened to us. Took the time to find out exactly what we wanted and made it happen. Every time an issue came up, Bob went above and beyond to resolve it. A couple of plants didn't make the transition and Bob replaced them right away. He was always on time (early most of the time), and the entire neighborhood raves about our landscaping. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

Kelly responded very quickly and his estimate was lower than all other masons. He did was timely and repaired our mortar joints well. Would recommend for sure, very nice guy!
Nick and his partner are punctual and very hardworking, staying late to finish up. He had to wait several weeks for the sod farm to cut the type of sod I wanted, and he came back several weeks later to finish a small patch of sod. There was a miscommunication on where to meet to select the stone for my project. I went to one stone yard and they went to another. As a result I did not get the color I wanted for the large cobble. They hand picked it and loaded the rocks into their truck, so when they arrived at the house I did not have the heart to tell them it wasn't the color I wanted. It looks nice and most people won't notice that it is a different color than the small rock mulch I also have. But I am particular enough that it is disappointing to me. If you are particular about details like this, I suggest you communicate the specifics in writing in an email. Because Nick is very hardworking and does a nice job, I would rehire him despite the miscommunication.
