I have years of experience as a both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a licensed Colorado attorney. My expertise is unrivaled among Denver area lawyers. After receiving my master’s degree in accounting in 2005, I enhanced my education with a law degree from the University of Denver. I graduated with a Juris Doctorate (JD) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in taxation. My career began in the accounting field in 2005 working at the international “Big 4” firm, Ernest & Young. Throughout the years, I have also worked in local industry and regional public firms. I took my years of experience as a CPA and utilized it to open my attorney practice in 2015. I specialize in assisting businesses and individuals in navigating complicated legal and tax regulations. I'm committed to helping entrepreneurs succeed while minimizing exposure to legal and tax liabilities. Passion for entrepreneurship led me to successfully launch and run both service-providing and product-selling businesses. I provide legal counsel and tax advice to a variety of ambitious businesses and individuals, from self-employed realtors to contract Chief Executive Officers (CEOs). With my ideal mix of legal and tax expertise, I have an impressive knowledge and skill set to serve my clients. I'm a lifelong learner, as my master’s degree, JD, LL.M, and CPA will attest.
