- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies from person to person. Everyone's taxes are different and some take more time and expertise to complete. Pricing is always competitive. Peace of mind rarely is worth saving $50 or so.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we always do an interview where we look at what your needs are and then we formulate a plan to get the job done. We always agree on a price range before any services are provided.
