- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As with all products or services, there is always a cost attached to the sales price. We standardize pricing and line item, so each job task has a price and is easy to understand. This allows the customer to determine if they would like to do some job tasks themselves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to get them a accurate estimate for the installation. We also create a accurate materials list and help guide them to the best location to find the best product at the best price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I literally have over 45 years experience in the floor-covering industry. Am certified by over 6 organizations. The real key to a great installer is to continue to study and research on all new information.
