- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts during the winter off fruit trees and Hardwoods that are more susceptible to diseases and infestations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get all their information and a good description of the work. We can come out and take a look at it even if they’re not home and we will Send out a estimate. Our estimates and software system allows them to accept the proposal and send it back to us
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done many seminars and business classes but the best training I ever got was hands-on
