I needed a video split into four separate videos, and the estimates I received on Thumbtack were ridiculous! Then, I had the pleasure of communicating with Ryan and he provided me with a fair price/offer with immediate service. BINGO!
I spoke to him over the phone, and he was so genuine and honest with his offer that I could not refuse his services . . .I am so glad I trusted him with my delicate video. The job got done, although with one hiccup that was purely my fault. I was unaware that the new videos needed to be in 720p or higher to upload to the platform I wanted to use. Ryan quickly fixed this and sent all the videos back to me at no extra charge. What a GEM! Now, all my videos are uploaded on the new site ready to Rock 'N Roll! Thank you Ryan for everything!
I will definitely keep Ryan in mind for other projects in the near future, since he has a vast amount of knowledge in many areas.

We love chatting with our prospective clients to fully understand the needs of the project. Once we have all the info we need, we create a customized quote to solidify the project. We communicate with our clients until the project is complete and our clients are satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ryan Longenecker is a technical genius, he began his career as a Genius at the Apple Store. He has since expanded his technical expertise in software administration for small businesses.
Lindsay Longenecker has experience working for small video production companies as well as producing an independent documentary. Since owning Collective Mind Technologies, Lindsay has honed her video production skills from beginning to end creating countless engaging videos for our clients.
