- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my pricing on the 12 years of experience I have. If you've ever hire a video producer and aren't happy with the product, the price was right. I have plenty of gear that's at my disposal that I don't bill for but most of the price points are for access to high-end technology.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out what the clients' vision is before quoting a price point. From there we work out what the scope of work would need to be to achieve the vision. Then, I like to set up times and dates to shoot and/or edit. This allows me to create the space in my schedule to get the work done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in writing and directing from the University of Colorado Denver where my emphasis was in post-production.
