We founded Frontline Contractors after years of working for other construction companies and realizing the lack of professionalism in the industry. We are dedicated to change the way contractors are thought of. Transparency and communication between the contractor and customer is key. We want to make a difference in the community and we feel that with excellent service and heavy involvement in the community we can achieve that. Whether its helping homeowners in a neighborhood restore their property after a natural disaster or educating homeowners about the insurance claim process. Yasmani Garcia, I believe the owner of FC, is a very personable young man with a can-do attitude. He is willing to work with you to do what you need done correctly. We had some communication failure which required him to re-do one section of the job, but he willingly agreed and got right on it. I think I should have given him a drawing from the start as there was room for misinterpretation of my instructions so lesson's learned by both parties. I would hire Yasmani again, especially now that I know a little better how he receives information best. He repaired a shed roof which had old corrugated PVC, then added two polycarbonate panels which are essentially skylights in this large patio shed roof.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies on every project but the main factors to change prices are. 1. Size of job 2. Accessibility of job (can we park our trailer in the driveway? Is this a mountain home with a steep driveway?) 3. Product you would like installed. 4. How steep is the roof? We do run promotions on our Facebook and Instagram so always look out for that! We offer discounts to military and first responders all year long.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we identify what the customer wants done. Since we are a full service general contractor, we can help our customers with any exterior/interior remodels and love taking on new projects no matter the size! Once we go over the scope of work with our customer then we move forward with scheduling and getting the work done.
