Dimi was excellent in his online communications and was quickly able to understand the scope and he gave us a competitve quote (compared to the other 3 companies that bid). I was a bit concerned that the service might be less since his price was less. That was definitely not the case. He sent Val to install our water heater and we couldn't be happier. Val showed up promptly, introduced himself, put his shoe covers on and went to work. He did show me some areas of concern but was not pushy about trying to upsell. He was a good resource for my questions and we did ultimately decide to replace our main shutoff to the house (it was original to our 1972 house and was past its useful life. I'm glad he spotted it). I strongly recommend this company!

Dimitar was transparent about the pricing and details. He sent Val for the water furnace valve replacement. Val was a respectful, knowledgeable person who gave an honest opinion about the work without any bias. He was nice enough to tell me not to replace the part as it had no issues at all. The other company tech lied about the issue. I will be using Euro for any future jobs for sure.
