I found my hot water heater leaking on Sunday. Rusty called me on Sunday and provided me product options and costs. We arranged to replace the hot water heater on Wednesday. Rusty was prompt. He removed the old hot water heater and installed the new one. He was very courteous and was neat with the removal and installation.

Got a price for a new water heater. Day of the install comes 8-10am window and guy shows up at 12:45 and says that they can’t do it for even close to the price they quoted me even though I submitted them pictures of the unit and model number of the previous unit so everyone was on the same page

This job was quite the headache! There seemed to be issue after issue with our tank-less water heater installation (sizing, vents, etc.). However, with all the headaches and stress, Johnathon did not leave us hanging and made the sure the job was done correctly and every problem was fixed. He put in a lot of extra time into our installation and was reasonable and honest. It’s been over a month and so far we have no issues with our tank-less hot water heater! Jonathon even called back a few weeks after the job was done to make sure everything was working. Bottom line, it was nice to know that even with all the issues, that we had hired a plumber that was going to make sure everything was working before he was done with the job.
