Our swamp cooler pooped out late on a Friday afternoon, in the middle of the heat wave. Our regular company - and a number of others I contacted - said they could come out to help until the following week (by which time we would have been melted, or would have had to go to a hotel!) Simpson (Charlie and his son) responded promptly, came out within 1 hour, and even texted during that hour to tell us they'd be 15 minutes late due to unexpectedly heavy traffic. Once they arrived, they quickly identified the problem and found a well-reasoned solution that resolved the situation to keep us going (and nice and cool!) over the weekend until they could find an additional pump and then returned the following week to install it. We've since learned about the many other tasks they can tackle and have already started working with them to start on additional projects, as well as fixing our ceiling fan which decided to break too! It's not always easy to find someone trustworthy, straightforward, honest, responsive and reasonable - and we feel lucky to have found Simpson Home Service!

He communicated well before arrival and gave as accurate of a time as he could (given the heavy traffic day that I experienced for myself). Work was done quickly and thoroughly. He also was able to secure a 9 year mfr. warranty instead of the standard 6 year due to the 6 year not being available at the shop, at no extra cost to me. Trustworthy, will definitely come back for further plumbing needs.

Charlie and Joe are great! They actually came immediately over on New Years Eve, when I had a Very Smelly kitchen drain emergency right before my dinner guests were coming! They were so personable, courteous, knowledgeable and professional, and they fixed everything. I would hire them again any day of the year!
