Introduction: My work stands out because I truly become invested in my clients and what they are trying to say through their images. I spend time getting to know the subject(s) so that the shoot will not be stiff or forced. The best images come from people who are relaxed and I am very good at making people feel comfortable. I have a great sense of humor and am very patient. I never want it to feel like work for my subjects when we are out there taking the images. I love the creativity that I am able to bring to my work. I'm an artist and each shoot is very special to me. I invest a lot of who I am into each session. I also really love meeting people and bringing them joy by producing images that they will not only be proud to have, but that they will also be able to cherish for years to come! Each day that I can do that, is a great day indeed!

Elizabeth was our wedding photographer in the summer of 2013 in northern California. We couldn't have asked for a more organized, creative, and professional person to work with! We were so impressed with how thorough and innovative Elizabeth was in our pre-wedding consultation that when the big day came we weren't stressed at all about our photos! I have been to many weddings in my lifetime and I can truthfully say that I have never seen a more hard working photographer. Elizabeth was up and ready to go bright and early with a smile on her face! Throughout our wedding day Elizabeth remained motivated, energetic and easy to work with. She managed to capture every special moment with the eye of a truly skilled artisan. Our photo shoots before and after our ceremony were very organized and obviously well thought out, as we were able to complete every photo we wanted within an acceptable time frame. As we suspected our photos were beautiful! We received numerous compliments about her from our wedding guests. This was not only because of Elizabeth's diligence and artistry, but because of her obvious passion for photography and the needs of the client. My husband and I would like to take a moment to share with you our experience with Elizabeth Gray,and her amazing photography skills! We were looking for someone unique, with a passion for photography,and professional, as well as down to earth and fun. We were amazed at the detail Elizabeth devoted to our wedding, and the ceremonies before and after!! We shared with her what type of photos we liked, what our likes and loves were....and our photographs are beautiful! She captured our lives, our happiness and love, saving them as a moment in time! We look at our pictures and feel like we can relive that day!! She is energetic, VERY well organized, and impromptu as well! She offered a vast array of photographs to choose from, and we wanted all of them! Her attention given to Michael and I was undivided, and I would highly recommend her to any of my friends and family! She is a gem, and we were so blessed to have her as our wedding photographer!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of hiring Elizabeth to do a family shoot. She was a blast to work with. She is extremely upbeat and professional. What we loved most, was her ability to make us all feel comfortable before the session and during it. She is fun and takes her time. She tells you what to do and you don't have to really think about it. You will not regret hiring her. Her images are beautiful. We love how she edited them as they really stand out. We will enjoy these photographs for many years. PS She also had a quick turnaround time which was nice as some photographers take forever to get your images back.

Elizabeth did a mother/daughter photoshoot for me and my mom. I'm really happy with how the photos turned out! She made sure to get a lot of different poses and edits. She also made sure that my mom and I were comfortable the entire time. Not only is she a very talented photographer and editor, she is also very personable and easy to work with. I highly recommend for any sort of photoshoot, even if you are photoshy.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes! I try to attend local seminars on the latest techniques. Editing has become such a huge part of our work in the modern age. With all of the great editing programs out there, you really have to stay on top of the fantastic new software that is available. It's hard work, but very rewarding and you always get to meet other fun photographers! I also go on educational shoots with experts in their field. Whether I attend a nature shoot, or a lighting shoot for studio work, I am always learning something new. It's quite rewarding.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I realized that I had a gift, I knew I had to follow my heart and my passion for photography. I am happy that I did. Life is good. I love what I do and that makes all the difference.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My most common jobs are weddings, engagements, headshots, seniors, graduations, children, families, models who are building their portfolios as well as product/brand imaging. I also do fine art photography and really enjoy showing my fine art photography in Denver's Art District on Santa Fe Drive. I'm located in Neo Art Studios, and I sell a lot of art there. I am frequently asked to do custom prints of the images that I sell there and have also picked up a lot of clients that are looking for a portraiture photographer for their own personal needs. Basically, I am a full service photographer that loves shooting a wide array of subjects.
