Bling bling came out to estimate a window repair that I thought was cracked. Instead it was just a slice in the tint liner. They were honest and professional and I look forward to working with them again in the future!

While I cannot speak to work quality as I went with a handyman who could tackle multiple jobs I have need of assistance with, I wanted to give a shout out to this company for their outstanding responsiveness, competitive pricing, and overall great communication during the initial vetting process-very impressive and greatly appreciated!
I recently used the Bling Bling Windows to fix few windows that weren’t locking properly at my tenant’s house, and I was pleased with their service. They were available quickly, which was a big plus since I wanted the issue sorted ASAP for my tenant. Communication was great and very quick; they got back to me right away and kept me updated. The team showed up on time, figured out what was wrong, and adjusted the windows so they lock fine now. The job was done well, I’d use them again for sure, if I needed to. Thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For window cleaning, it will depend on how many panes you have. For repairs it will depend on the extent of the work and glass replacement will depend on the dimensions. We do provide a first time customer discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first introduce myself properly, sometimes I'm able to put a guesstimate over the phone after a few questions. If I'm not able to, I will schedule a time and day to meet. (avoiding contact) we keep our distance and wear our mask to keep you safe as our selves.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned about windows since I began window cleaning. some customers would ask for help on repairs to their windows and with time I learned from a professional friend how to make proper adjustments and repairs.
