I have a large house with casement style windows and some floor to ceiling windows. The team, Justin and Ethan, arrived on time, were very professional, friendly and efficient and also very considerate about cleanliness. They managed screens and blinds with care, and did an outstanding job cleaning the tracks on the windows. My windows look beautiful! I have been using this company for years with great satisfaction. These two young men have been really outstanding, however.

Ease Your Panes is so easy to work with from scheduling to cleaning. Everyone is kind and thoughtful, including the office staff who was patient when I had to reschedule.The two young men who came out to clean the windows were polite, thorough in their work and left things better than when they arrived. They took their shoes off at the door and worked quietly and quickly through the house.The windows sparkled when they were done and made everything lighter and brighter in the house. They cleaned the tracks and screens too.I highly recommend them.

I've used them for 4 years or so at multiple properties. I book twice yearly. The staff is great and scheduling via email is a breeze. It runs about $300 (plus tip) for my 12 exterior windows. Pocs for size reference. They clean the screens also!

Initial pricing is based on square footage and window type.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll contact you to get the square footage, window type, scope of work, etc. Most properties can be scheduled right there over the phone. Some need an in-person estimate for larger homes, true-divided panes, storm panes, etc.
