- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we price each home according to the number of total panes and factor in the difficulty and risk involved. Also we discuss deep cleaning the tracks, screen cleaning, and frames.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we assess the current conditions of the windows, what is required to clean them properly. We then decide which method is needed to clean being either traditional methods or water fed pole.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have been cleaning windows professionally for over 15 years. worked for many respected window cleaning companies and understand a vast amount of industry standards.
