GoodName Co. replaced almost all of the Windows on my house. Thibault was very professional throughout the entire process from finding windows that met our budget and explaining the expectations we should have when choosing the most affordable option to fixing work that we weren’t happy. The first installer did some sloppy work that we weren’t pleased with but also our Windows were original from the 70’s and the first installer failed to identify that our trim would most likely need replacing. Because the first installer failed to identify that problem and did some sloppy work, Thibault agreed to replace the trim and have a new installer clean up the areas we weren’t pleased with at no extra cost. The end result was so far above and beyond our expectations the windows look great we get a lot of compliments from friends and neighbors. Any construction projects will encounter some unexpected conditions but Thibault is true to his word and will make sure he makes his customer happy at the end of the day. I will certainly reach out to GoodName Co. for projects in the future.
