Great overall experience with Zach, start to finish. We were in a bad position where we needed ONE window replaced and all other quotes were sky high, IF they even bothered to respond to my inquiry. Zach was great from the beginning, understanding of the situation and gave us a great price. Project was done much more quickly than the big guys could do, too. He kept me informed throughout the process, of progress, so I was in the loop. Kind and professional. Did good, solid work. Quick and clean as well. Would definitely recommend and have even given his info to our Realtor to pass along to her future clients!

For some context this was a fairly large commercial project with 40 plus installed windows. That said, Blake and Robert were excellent with communication and responsiveness to updates with the project. The communication and willingness of customer service sets this team apart. I look forward to future projects with this team. I recommend Z Double B with any project ranging with the small to the large.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we like to talk to the customer and determine exactly what they are looking for and what their budget for this improvement looks like. At this point, we can show the customer the product lines that we offer and suggest options that might work best for the customer's home improvement project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner has a degree in Mechanical Engineering. This gives him the ability to look at your project with a technical eye, which means that it will be done right the first time.
