Great experience with Zen Windows! Getting a quote was quick and prices were fair (mid-range from the estimates we got). They stayed in touch every week while we awaited delivery and then once it was delivered, install was scheduled for a week later. Day of the team showed up right on time and worked incredibly quickly - nine windows replaced in about 4 hours. The guys were all friendly and professional, walked us through how the new windows operated when they were done, and cleaned up behind themselves.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Zen Windows pricing differs for each project as all windows and doors are made custom for each homes specific project. We believe in upfront and fair pricing and not in marketing tactics such as large discounts or free windows to win our clients over.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Zen Windows is an online based replacement window and door company. What this means is that we do not come into your home with a pushy 2-4 hour sales consultation, instead we discuss your project with you over the phone and via email. We then provide you with a quote for the replacement project. If/when you choose to move forward with our company, we then have our installer come out to take exact measurements prior to your new doors and windows being made custom for your project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installers have been installing windows for over 20 years and are experts in their craft. With our 100% lifetime and transferable warranty you can be sure that we will do the job correctly, the first time.
