I cannot say enough positive about this company. Their response for a free bid was quick and efficient. Same day I had the bid in hand. Three other companies said they could not do the repair and I would need to get new windows for a cost of over $3000. My windows are actually in good shape so I was hoping for a repair of some slide mechanisms only. That’s exactly what they bid. Accepted the bid, parts were ordered, and two weeks later, they arrived, on time! They made the repairs look quick and easy, repaired two windows, and were in and out in less than an hour, cleaning up the space better than it was to begin with. Would I hire them again? 100%!

Poor communication. Poor worksmanship. They said they would install some french doors by July 6th. Ended up not being installed until August. During that time I had to contact them to figure out what was going on and was met with "i'll check on it and call you back tonight or tomorrow at the latest." The next week having not heard from them I called again and they said the same thing. 2 weeks after the expected install date, I was told they had the door and were ready to install it. The night before I got a call saying they don't actually have the door and need to cancel. Once the door finally arrived, it was the wrong size (too big) so they had to cut the drywall and do more work than expected. They kept telling me that it costs extra, but they would take care of it, which was kind of expected since it was not my fault. They asked how the door looked before it was done and when I pointed things out that weren't right (like cracks in the door, they only caulked half of the door, uneven trim, unpainted edges) they said it will be fixed before its completed. I had taken 3 days off work at this point and needed to return to work the next day so my wife and newborn were home to supervise the final day. When I returned home, they had already left without fixing any of the things I had pointed out previously. You could clearly see where they cut the drywall and didn't patch it over, it looked horrible. I called the main office and spoke with a gentleman who was very helpful and offered to send someone back to fix things. They ended up sending the same guy. They finally fixed most of the things, but you can still see many imperfections that had been pointed out, stating that the painters will fix the rest the next day. The guy who returned that day was not happy and said if they need to come back after that day it would cost more. I would think they are the experts and would be proud of their work, but now I feel like a bad person asking them to finish the job? The painters came the next day and told me things just need to dry before leaving. I trusted them once again, which was a mistake.

Anyways, I ended up just paying them and am now needing to deal with re-caulking the cracked caulk and repainting the trim as it’s already chipped. They also left a mess and many marks on the wall across the door and tried to hide it behind our table.

The photos are the finished product after it "dried." The beadboard photo was the larger of the many marks on our opposite wall.

Steven I am sorry your experience was difficult. The manufacturer kept changing the date. The original door that came in was damaged and had to be sent back. I communicated with you all the information that I received from the manufacturer. We came out fixed all the issues you had with the door even though we went above and beyond to install the door properly. The cracked paint on the caulking is easily repaired and as far as the big scratch on the door, that is not how we left it with you. How did that happen?
