Ryan was awesome! He fixed about 10 + windows in my client’s historic home built in 1901. They were painted shut. Some had broken glass. He put in new pulleys and rope and glass where needed and now they work great!! He was less expensive than most because he runs his own show and doesn’t have the overhead of a large company but the quality and workmanship was just as good if not better. I highly recommend Ryan!!

Ryan was great to work with! I had two steel frame window that needed the glass replaced. Ryan came out to see the job and give a quote as planned. He communicated potential complications prior to even beginning any work. He was very knowledgable and forthcoming. We actually opted out of doing the 2nd larger window because Ryan was upfront about the fact that replacing the glass in that one may not turn out the way we'd like and would likely cost close to replacing the entire window. Ryan set a date to return and complete the work. He called the day of and communicated his ETA. He messaged again on his way to the job site. After completing the job he did a walk through, cleaned his work site thoroughly, and didn't sneak in any extra charges. His price was fair. I'll use him again if I have the need!

Ryan replaced 2 broken window panes, that we’re part of a multi pane window insert from the early 1900’s. The final project looks excellent, he cleaned the other 8 panes if glass, allowing the newer replacements to blend right in. He easily went above and beyond just replacing the broken glass. Highly recommended!

Details: 1 window • Broken glass • Fixed / picture (does not open) • Second floor, accessible from the ground via a ladder • Wood • Single pane • Brick • Home
