- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you call any other widow company, worthy of working with historical wood windows, you will find that I can give the best price with the most quality finished products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to take a look at the project before hand, take some notes before starting a job, because that’s what makes the job go smoothly and finish in a timely manner. Something to keep in mind, quality work will take a bit of time so, a little patience is key to a wonderful project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been taught and trained by some old maters glaziers and iron workers, and was taught to pay attention to detail, to listen to the individual customer’s needs, and not to start a job that I can't finish, no matter what that is in life. Love what you do, and do what you love! And I love to satisfy!
