- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am fair with pricing and depending on the project a $75.00 fee is required as a travel cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will show up to the location introduce myself then let the customer go over what is needed and expected. Then i will give them my opinion and go over what options they have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been installing custom windows and doors for the past 20 yrs specifically Weather shield and Marvin specialty doors and windows
