- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we need to do is assess the customers needs and determine if we can help. It is helpful to see pictures and talk with the customer directly. If we can help, we are often able to give a price before we schedule an appointment to confirm the job requirements or do the work. Keep in mind, the fewer trips we need to take to the job, the less expensive the cost is to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in engineering. I have worked installing and repairing all types of windows in the Denver area for nearly 25 years.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with homeowners, Investors and Real estate agents.
