Introduction

My passion for holistic health and yoga stems from my belief that Yoga is for every-body. You're unique and I'll treat you as such because I think you're beautiful and it's worthwhile to take care of yourself so that you can thrive! I teach a mix of Hatha, Vinyasa and therapeutic/alignment based Yoga. I focus on correct anatomical alignment and muscular engagement to help you heal from injuries and strengthen/stabilize areas of weakness or imbalance within your body. I love the feeling of empowering my clients. I truly believe that everyone can enjoy the benefits of Yoga with the right knowledge, support and practice. Maggie taught a nutrition workshop and led a yoga class for our apartment community. For the nutrition workshop, Maggie was very prepared and presented information in a clear and engaging manner. Her knowledge of the material and the science behind the nutrition was evident. I learned so much and I continue to apply her suggestions to my daily nutritional choices! Her yoga class was equally excellent. Maggie created a relaxing atmosphere and led the sequences with confidence. I loved how she engaged with each participant, helping us to perfect each pose and taking time to focus on each individual’s needs. Maggie is incredibly talented!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing and programs are flexible and meant to be personalized to your needs and schedule. I am happy to do everything I can to make Private yoga affordable and available to you! Discounts are available when you pay for programs in bulk. However, I also accept payment for one class at a time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start by chatting over the phone about your specific goals, ailments, fears, etc. Then, during our first visit I'll do a series of movement assessments so I can identify areas of weakness or imbalance within the body. From there I will start crafting unique classes just for you and your unique body!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher certification as well as a Health Coach certification program. My Health Coach training was completed through Become and Health Coach Inc and my Yoga certification is through Ritam Healing Arts/ Saul David Ray.
