- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing and programs are flexible and meant to be personalized to your needs and schedule. I am happy to do everything I can to make Private yoga affordable and available to you! Discounts are available when you pay for programs in bulk. However, I also accept payment for one class at a time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start by chatting over the phone about your specific goals, ailments, fears, etc. Then, during our first visit I'll do a series of movement assessments so I can identify areas of weakness or imbalance within the body. From there I will start crafting unique classes just for you and your unique body!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher certification as well as a Health Coach certification program. My Health Coach training was completed through Become and Health Coach Inc and my Yoga certification is through Ritam Healing Arts/ Saul David Ray.
