Introduction: Yoga holds a special place for Ashley, bringing a unique balance into her life.
Her classes are designed for all levels as she strongly believes in offering variations and modifications making the poses accessible to all. Ashley's classes offer a space to pause from stress, get a great workout, and learn how to stay present.
The vinyasa style, connecting breath with movement, becomes a fluid, meditative workout. Ashley believes this style is especially beneficial for developing a mind-body connection and inner calmness which ultimately can be taken off the mat and out into the world.
Ashley received her 200-hour certification from Core Power Yoga in 2012 and an additional 50-hour extensions accreditation in the spring of 2013.
