Introduction: my teachings are rooted in both hatha and restorative yoga practices. i believe when we quiet our minds and begin to tap into the witness within ourselves profound transformation can occur. spiritual healing, physical recovery, weight loss, strength + flexibility can all be attained more easily with a personal yoga practice centered around mindfulness. it brings me much joy to build + tailor specific yoga asana sequences to fit specific goals, desires and needs.
