Yoga with Palmer

I’m an RYT 200 yoga teacher who completed 200-hour training in Rishikesh, India, where yoga was born. My time in India deepened my appreciation for yoga not just as a physical practice, but a way of life. My approach combines mindful movement, breathwork, and an understanding of yogic philosophy to help you build physical strength and establish a deeper connection with yourself. I offer personalized yoga instruction tailored to your experience level, needs, and desires. Whether you’re new to yoga, looking to deepen your practice, or simply searching for ways to feel more grounded in life, I strive to create a space that is supportive to you.
