I am one of the owners of Hellscream haunted house. Last year and this year I have had and am having the pleasure of working with Roland and his very personable and excellent business wife Angel. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They are extremely talented as they put out one outstanding food selection after another on the table. I would highly recommend this dynamic duo if you want reliability and the best food, by far, in the city. Jack

We hired R.A.W. for our last minute Christmas party, and I'm so glad we did! We had several dietary restrictions, (organic, gluten free & sugar free), and Rowland was still able to give us many wonderful options to choose from. They were on time, and the food was delicious! Also, their prices were very reasonable! Next time I need a catered meal, I won't have to think twice about who I will hire! Thank you, R.A.W.!

Had a Ladies' Luncheon catered - tea sandwiches, two salads, mini strawberry muffins, veggie tray. It was perfect and absolutely delicious!! Fresh. Just perfect!!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
After spending almost 20 years between the U.S. Navy and U.S. Army, I wanted to do something that I love. Food, Cooking, and entertaining is my passion. I love to see the enjoy my food brings to others. I also wanted to do something that makes me happy and proud to say that I lived my dream.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do not be scared to ask me anything or request a certain dish. I love to interact with my clients and get to know them.
