Shamson was our tech that came to our house on a Sunday to investigate a water leak. He found the leak in one of the pipes that was spraying water behind drywall that was seeping under the baseboards causing puddling on our floor. He was very thorough and a true professional. I highly recommend this company and Shamson.

We had a toilet issue this morning, called Garvins and got a 4 hour window. Jason called shortly after the window began and arrived about 20 mins. later. He took care of the problem right away, quickly and efficiently. Great service and technician! Thank you!

James D. came to my house within 30 minutes of calling when my shower started flooding. He made sure to thoroughly check all possible sources of the flooding and educated us on how to prevent it from happening again. The price was very reasonable and he was kind and helpful. Will definitely call them again next time I need help with the plumbing!

The technician from Garvin's arrived 12/03/25 on time and got our plumbing cleaned out and draining perfectly again! He was very friendly and knowledgeable; unfortunately, my husband didn't get a card and I'm unsure of the technician's name. After having interactions with a few other plumbing companies over the years that were fine but not great, I truly wish we'd found Garvin's sooner, but we will stick with them from here forward! As a side note: their prices for what we needed were incredibly fair and reasonable.
