I was completely impressed with the professionalism of Amanda. She was systematic and complete while inspecting every aspect of my plumbing system. Alex Delore was the plumber who was sent to us by Mountain Standard Plumbing and he was a very professional, upright outstanding guy who really knows how plumbing parts work.
He came in and diagnosed the problem we were having with leaking from our upstairs walk-in bathtub into the downstairs bathroom ceiling. It didn't take Alex long to figure out what the problem was...it was our faucet from the walk-in bathtub installed in about 2014. The company that installed it, Premier Care in Bathing, went out of business sometime around 2016, so finding a faucet for replacement for the old one was next to impossible.
I searched everywhere on the Internet until I finally found one and Alex contacted them to verify it would be the right replacement.
After purchasing the faucet, Alex was able to complete the job within the time frame he quoted us! Now we have a working faucet with no leaks in the downstairs bathroom ceiling! He also had to remove a piece of drywall behind the mirror and was able to replace it with a trap door, with the next plumber in mind...which, of course will be Alex!
I recommend Alex and Mountain Standard Plumbing for your plumbing problems, needs, and repairs!

They were awesome. I felt very comfortable with them in my home and they seemed genuinely set on making sure items were fixed appropriately. There was no effort to over sell anything that needed to be replaced and gave me options to choose the garbagedisposal that met our needs . The pricing was upfront and presented prior to the work. They were very helpful and considerate.I will definitely be calling Mountain Standard Plumbing again. I would also add that the scheduling of our appointment was handled professionally and friendly. They came out the same day/time as stated.

Gage evaluated our water and sewer lines, repaired and replaced drain lines, installed a carbon filtration system, a new recirculating pump, new expansion tank and an anti -scale device.
