Totally duped by this guy!
Was so excited to have a guy cleaning person. Reviews were great. After claiming the job in Thumbtack, thus eliminating anyone else from bidding on the job, he simply never showed up. We agreed to try again the next week at the same time. Again, stood me up with no notice or communication. I tried a 3rd time and never heard from him.
Thumbtack has all of our communications so there is no denying from him and asked if I’d like to post a review. I reached out one more time to try and resolve before posting. No answer.
When looking for a cleaning person, you look for honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness. Ed has NONE of these qualities.
Hard to believe anyone would let him in your home. Everyone be aware of this scam artist.
