After a couple of frustrating experiences with other handymen, hiring Scott was an absolute breath of fresh air. He did outstanding work across multiple projects in my home. He carefully applied wood filler, sanded, and painted the trim around our laundry room door (two coats), and it looks flawless. He also did an excellent job painting a repaired section of drywall in the garage. Everything blends perfectly. What really stood out was his attention to detail and care. He painstakingly removed three glass light globes outside my garage, cleaned them thoroughly, replaced the bulbs, and reinstalled them. He also expertly hung a baseball bat display case with precision. Scott showed up on time, came fully prepared, and had already checked with me ahead of time on what materials I had available. He quoted a total job price upfront, which I greatly appreciated. No surprises, no wasted time. He cleaned up everything when he was done and treated my home with respect. On top of that, he’s just a genuinely pleasant and professional person to work with. I give Scott my highest recommendation and will absolutely hire him again.

in my previous years I was a construction site supervisor, so I have much experience in construction and finish carpentry expectations, I give 5 stars because of my knowledge...the work done included installing a cabinet in a very difficult area where walls and ceiling were not level..so finish work required much more detail to make it visually perfect. I had a plumbing issue with water flow, pressure which he fixed and an outdoor electrical outlet (my electric panel was not properly labeled, so he had to find outlet, and then was kind enough to properly label my panel) and fixed. Work was completed on time, the respect for my home and cleanup impeccable, and value for work performed above my expectations. I have more projects and he is first on my list going forward.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out doing small projects for restaurants and bars and scaled up to full residential new construction and remodels.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I just tiled a 220sf sunroom with Saltillo (terra cotta) tile and did some decorative tiling up the stairs. It took about a week.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Never take the least expensive offer and go with your gut instincts about people.
