We completely understand that customers may seek multiple estimates for comparison, and we always encourage making sure those estimates are truly 'apples to apples.' In this case, the work highly recommended by our licensed electrician went beyond simply replacing three outlets (which is only a band aid for the issues you are experiencing) . The estimate provided, included installing two dedicated 20-amp circuits in the basement, adding three additional outlets, and replacing two breakers with 20-amp GFCIs. These recommendations were made to ensure the safety and proper functioning of your electrical system because currently it is being overloaded.
