- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Top Rail Fence uses only the highest quality materials and skilled craftsmen. We follow all of the ASTM standards for fence materials and installations. All of our fence installations come with a lifetime craftmanship warranty. We won't be the cheapest option, but you get a quality product at a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief consultation either at your home or over the phone to understand your vision and goals for your new fence (what are we keeping in or what are we keeping out!). We'll then measure the property so we can provide you with a site diagram, design, and a free estimate. After you agree to the design and estimate, a 50% deposit will allow us to get your project on the calendar and order your materials. The balance is due when you're 100% satisfied with our work.
