Chad was absolutely fabulous! He knocked this thing out quicker than I could have unpacked it! Additionally, he tested it out to make sure we could get it going, confirmed we were happy with the location of the machine and showed us how it folds up and how to release it back down. Do not hesitate to have him help you! He knows his stuff!
