- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that we aren’t the cheapest price in town but we believe you get what you pay for. We offer exceptional customer service and take pride in lending a helping hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking on the phone and getting an idea of the project. Followed by a trip to their house to look at the project and get a bid together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 years of shop class and 8 auto class in high school. Studied construction management in college
